New owners took the reins a little over a year ago, but the recipe for a good morning here hasn't changed: hand-pressed tortillas toasted just right, beans simmered with bacon until they're rich and scratch-made, and a dining room calm enough to actually enjoy your meal — no loud music, no TVs blaring, just good food and genuine hospitality.
